About
The National Junior Circuit is an all-inclusive circuit designed to provide opportunities for high level junior boys and junior girls to compete against the best from across the country. There is a lot of excitement for this initiative and NJC will be the premier platform for both junior boy’s high school and prep programs and junior girl's high school and prep programs.
The NJC has established Advisory Boards that consist of some of the top Coaches and Builders from across Canada. The NJC will leverage the experience of the Boards to ensure it meets the standards that will ensure its success and growth. The circuit will host weekend sessions and an Invitational Tournament. This circuit will attract the top programs and ensure National representation. The NJC will bring together the country, providing student-athletes an opportunity to build long-lasting experiences and memories, while learning about Canada.
The NJC Plan:
The National Junior Circuit will include the best teams from across Canada participating. The circuit is weekend session-based to enable teams to participate during their regular high school season. Registered teams can attend a single session or all 4 sessions.
- Circuit sessions will have 8-12 teams participating per session
- Teams will get 3 games per session
- Games will be full FIBA 4 x 10 minute quarters
