NJC REGISTRATION
Welcome to the National Junior Circuit!
VISION
The NJC is an all-inclusive circuit designed to provide opportunities for elite-level junior boys & girls to compete against the best from across the country. There is a lot of excitement for this initiative and NJC will be the premier platform for junior boys & girls high school/prep programs. The NJC will establish a Board of Directors consisting of some of the top Coaches and Builders from across Canada. The NJC will leverage the experience of the Board to ensure it meets the standards that will ensure its success and growth. The circuit will host (5) weekend sessions and (1) Championship event. This will help attract the top programs and ensure National representation. The NJC will bring together the country, providing student-athletes an opportunity to build long-lasting experiences and memories, while learning about Canada.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for competition in the 2024-25 circuit, players must have valid identification and be born in 2009 or later. Students may only play for one NJC team, and must play in at least one full session to be eligible for the National Championship event. There will be NO exceptions or allowances for overage players. Also of note:
1. NJC players are eligible to play in the NSC/TPC preliminary sessions as long as it’s for the same school’s participating senior program. These same junior-aged players will be eligible to participate in either or both NJC/NSC/TPC Championship events.
2. The NJC will allow a grade 8 or underaged player to compete in the NJC if they are registered in your program. These same players would also be eligible for the NJC Championship event.
3. NJC players will be eligible to participate in The Platinum Circuit sessions/Championship as long as they are registered at the same school where all the Platinum Circuit team attends. An NJC player that is going to be brought up must be approved by our Board;
4. The NJC will be accepting Scholastic/Rep/Club teams as in previous years, it will be a mixed schedule of Prep/Rep.
5. If a student-athlete transfers mid-season to another program participating in a circuit, that student-athlete may NOT be eligible for any future events. The transfer’s new program can submit an application outlining any special circumstances for the transfer. This application will be verified by the previous program, reviewed and voted on by our Executive Board before that student-athlete participates in a future circuit weekend.
